Autobiography - by Nesya Anissa

AUTOBIOGRAPHY
by NESYA ANISSA SEPTIANY

I was born on a warm, sunny day in Jakarta on the 14th of September 1998. I was raised in Jakarta with my parents, Neny Asriany and Renaldi Chaidarsyah. My mom works at bank and my father works for a company in another country. My mom gave birth to 3 children and I am the second one that makes me have one older brother named Muhammad Rendy Riansyah and one younger sister named Neira Ramadhania.
Back in the old days, I love to spend my time with my grandparents. My grandparents and I are really close. When my parents were working, my grandparents took care of me. Until now, I still have a good relationship with my grandparents.
My brother is very naughty. He used to tease me and also make me cry. But as I get older, I like to tease him back and make him pissed. One day, my parents went out but they left my brother, my sister, and I alone at home.  I was watching TV that day while enjoying my meals when suddenly my sister cried. Spontaneously, I looked at my sister. My sister’s nose was bleeding. Then, I saw my brother tried to calm her down. Quickly, I thought it was my brother’s fault so I punched his nose until his nose was bleeding. My brother cried but I didn’t feel guilty at all.  Later, my parents came home and surprised to see the accident. Fortunately, my parents didn’t punish me or even angry with me.
On 2004, I started school at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten.  The teachers taught me a lot about how to count, how to read, and many else. Two years later, I entered Elementary School. In Elementary School, I was a very lazy person. I didn’t care about my grades. But as I get older, I started to care about my grades and become more diligent. And finally, I got a satisfying score on the national examination.
After Elementary School, I continued my study at Labschool Kebayoran Junior High School. It was hard to adapt with this new school because it was so difficult to get a good grades. But finally, I get used to it.
When I was an 8th grader, my grandmother got sick. She had a really bad asthma that made her hospitalized for a couple weeks. My grandmother’s condition got worst week after week. Later, the doctor found out that my grandmother had a heart disease. After a couple months hospitalized, my grandmother passed away. Everyone felt really sad about it, especially my grandfather. My grandfather loves my grandmother very much. He cannot imagine live without her. This tragedy changes everything. I feel that my relationship with my big family become really closer than ever, especially with my grandfather.  My grandfather is an amazing man. He is determined, patient, hard-worker, and also a very wise person.  I learnt so much from him. He makes me who I am right now. I really want to make my grandfather proud of me because he is the one who taught me to be a hard-worker and also taught me to keep moving forward and learn about the past.

Now, I am a high school student. After high school, I have a plan to go to University of Indonesia or University of Padjadjaran. I will take business and management majors because I want to pursue my dream to open my own ice cream company.
